A1: Sample order is acceptable. Please contact us and make sure what sample you need. In general, it will take 15 days to finish your sample.

A2: In general, the lead time is about 25 to 35 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us, as different products and different quantities will have different lead times.

A3: We provide Carton mark design, Catalogue design, 3D rendering, Photo taking services, and so on.

A4: We accept 30% T/T in advance, with the 70% balance before delivery. O/A and L/C are also available.
