A1: Sample order is acceptable. Please contact us and make sure what sample you need. In general, it will take 15 days to finish your sample. Q2:What about the lead time?
A2: In general, the lead time is about 25 to 35 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us, as different products and different quantities will have different lead times.
Q3: What value-added services does HOUSEN provide?
A3: We provide Carton mark design, Catalogue design, 3D rendering, Photo taking services, and so on.
Q4: What kind of payment terms are accepted?
A4: We accept 30% T/T in advance, with the 70% balance before delivery. O/A and L/C are also available.
Q5: When can the goods be delivered after the order is placed?
A5: It depends on various products, and it can be from 20 days to 45 days. The exact delivery time will be specified in the proforma invoice once the order is confirmed.
Q6: How long does it take before customers can receive the goods?
A6: Besides the production time mentioned above, it usually takes a maximum of 10-15 days for shipment to any destination port around the world.
